What We Did

Cord’s team was selected to fit out Warner Music’s new state of the art 300,000 Square Foot office at 1633 Broadway in Manhattan. Cord was tasked with building the drywall partitions, acoustic ceilings, drywall ceilings and sound isolated recording studios with specialty materials and unique details to ensure complete soundproofing. Cord finished this complex project on time and within the contractor’s budget despite an extremely tight schedule.
